Jersey & Guernsey Cyber Security Centres
A new capability to prepare, protect and defend the Channel Islands from cyber threats.
New national CSIRTs to protect an island community and leading international finance centre.
Following the Government of Jersey's 2017 Cyber Security Strategy, we're building a new capability to prepare, protect and defend the island from cyber threats: Jersey Cyber Security Centre. As of 2025, we're building an equivalent capability in Guernsey - Guernsey Cyber Security Centre.
Two independent jurisdictions with distinctive cultures and histories, Jersey and Guernsey have a population of just over 160,000 between them, and operate its own critical infrastructure, as well as hosting a significant finance industry, digital, tourism and agriculture.
